Al₂O₃ Ceramic Vacuum Adsorption Chuck for Semiconductor Equipment

Semiconductor alumina ceramic sucker is a high-precision vacuum chuck made from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic. It provides stable wafer holding through vacuum adsorption, offering excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, and superior resistance to high temperatures, wear, and corrosion. It is widely used in semiconductor processing equipment for accurate, clean, and reliable wafer handling.

Descripción

Alumina ceramics (Al₂O₃) are advanced engineering ceramics known for their outstanding hardness, wear resistance, and lightweight properties. With a Rockwell hardness of HRA 80–90, they offer hardness second only to diamond and far exceeding that of wear-resistant steels and stainless steels. Semcioera’s wear resistance is exceptionally high—up to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron—significantly extending equipment service life under identical working conditions. In addition, with a low density of about 3.5 g/cm³ (roughly half that of steel), Semicera’s alumina ceramics help reduce overall equipment weight and load, making them ideal for high-performance structural and wear-resistant applications.
