Description
Alumina ceramics (Al₂O₃) are advanced engineering ceramic materials characterized by high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and stable chemical properties. They are widely used in semiconductor, industrial, and precision engineering applications where durability and reliability are required under harsh operating conditions.

Main Features
- High hardness
Rockwell hardness reaches HRA80–90. Although lower than diamond, it is significantly higher than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel, providing excellent surface durability.
- Excellent wear resistance
According to testing by professional research institutions, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Based on long-term customer application data, alumina ceramics can extend equipment service life by at least 10 times under the same working conditions.
- Lightweight structure
With a density of approximately 3.5 g/cm³, alumina ceramics weigh only about half of steel, significantly reducing equipment load and improving mechanical efficiency.
- Good chemical stability
Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most chemical reagents, ensuring stable performance in corrosive environments.
- High temperature resistance
Maintains stable mechanical and structural properties at elevated temperatures suitable for industrial processing environments.
