Main Features

  • High hardness
    Rockwell hardness reaches HRA80–90. Although lower than diamond, it is significantly higher than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel, providing excellent surface durability.
  • Excellent wear resistance
    According to testing by professional research institutions, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Based on long-term customer application data, alumina ceramics can extend equipment service life by at least 10 times under the same working conditions.
  • Lightweight structure
    With a density of approximately 3.5 g/cm³, alumina ceramics weigh only about half of steel, significantly reducing equipment load and improving mechanical efficiency.
  • Good chemical stability
    Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most chemical reagents, ensuring stable performance in corrosive environments.
  • High temperature resistance
    Maintains stable mechanical and structural properties at elevated temperatures suitable for industrial processing environments.
