A Semiconductor Zirconia Ceramic Wafer Fork is a high-precision wafer handling component used in semiconductor automation and wafer transfer systems. Manufactured from high-performance zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic, it is designed to transport, position, and support wafers during semiconductor manufacturing processes. Thanks to its high strength, excellent wear resistance, and low particle generation, zirconia ceramic forks are widely used in wafer handling robots, transfer arms, load ports, and vacuum processing equipment.
